All orders ship from Montreal QC, Canada.
PaymentSuspensionpoint.ca currently accepts Paypal and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) as payment methods.
We allow our customers the option to view items in various currencies for convenience, however all orders are charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD). As such, the amount you are charged may differ slightly depending on the payment provider's exchange rate.
If you do not have a Paypal account you can place your order using a one-time credit card payment through Paypal. To do so, follow the instructions in the cart.
If you wish to be invoiced without using the cart on the website you can email us at email@example.com and we will send you an invoice via email.
All shipping services used by Suspensionpoint.ca provide a tracking number. Any timeframe refers to business days and does not include handling time (an additional 1-2 business days is required for processing and handling). All times are estimates only and are subject to change.
North America - we ship via Canada Post and DHL.
Rest of the World - we ship via DHL (excluding Russian Federation due to courier restrictions).
If you wish to specify a different shipping method (on the basis of shipping time, courier choice, and etc.) please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to assist you.

**If you specify the Montreal (in-store pickup) service, we will contact you to determine the best day and time for delivery. Our store is located in the Old Port / Vieux Port area of Montreal.
***Due to certain shipment and customs issues, different rates and conditions may apply when ordering from the following places: Italy, Russian Federation, and Africa. Please contact us before ordering.
Returns on new / unworn purchases are accepted if requested up to 7 days from the delivery date.
All items on sale at 50 percent (%) off or more (including coupons and limited time offers) are considered final sale and cannot be returned / exchanged.
All returns must be authorized by us prior to the return. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make a Return Request. The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and be accompanied by original tags.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
All returned items should be declared as a "Return of Canadian Merchandise" on the customs declaration. The balance will be refunded within 7 business days of the reception of the item at Suspension Point. Any returns received without a Return Request being made and a Return Number subsequently provided by Suspensionpoint.ca may be denied.
Ship the return via the service of your choice (Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost is recommended). It is required to ship using a service that includes a tracking number and insurance. Insure the package for the full value of the shipment. All the general return requirements also apply.
United States Returns
Ship the return via US Postal Service (USPS). It is required to ship using a service that includes a tracking number and insurance. If you choose to ship via couriers such as FedEx, Purolator, UPS, or DHL you are responsible for any customs fees incurred by Suspensionpoint.ca. Insure the package for the full value of the shipment. All the general return requirements also apply.
Ship the return via the airmail service of your choice. It is required to ship using a service that includes a tracking number and insurance. If you choose to ship via couriers such as FedEx, Purolator, UPS, or DHL you are responsible for any customs fees incurred by Suspensionpoint.ca. Insure the package for the full value of the shipment. All the general return requirements also apply.
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to duty and/or taxes levied by the importing country. By placing an order with Suspensionpoint.ca, you acknowledge that you understand this and that you are responsible for any such charges. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs.
Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any sales tax (please refer to the “Customs” paragraph above for more information).

Other Shipping Terms
All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the postal service/courier. In the event of damages, Suspensionpoint.ca will provide contact information for the appropriate shipper.
If the order is not delivered (wrong address, inability to deliver, etc.) and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the order. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
AvailabilityThe merchandise offered by Suspensionpoint.ca is subject to change. While we make all attempts to keep our item availability on the website up to date, certain pieces that appear on the website may be out of stock. In this case, we will automatically refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.
Coupons / Discount Codes / PromotionsAll coupons, discount codes, and promotions are subject to the regulations / terms / limitations set at the time and point of original publication. Suspensionpoint.ca is not responsible for any errors or misuse. In case of an order with an error, we will contact you and refund your payment shortly after the order is placed.
