All shipping services used by Suspensionpoint.ca provide a tracking number. Any timeframe refers to business days and does not include handling time (an additional 1-2 business days is required for processing and handling). All times are estimates only and are subject to change.

Shipping Rates

Standard Rates:

Montreal Pick-up and Delivery - Free**

Canada Standard (1 – 5 business days) - $10

                Free for orders $200 or more (on regular price merchandise)*

United States Standard (3 – 6 business days) - $20

                Free for orders $400 or more (on regular price merchandise)*

Europe Standard (2 – 6 business days) - $40***

                Free for orders $800 or more (on regular price merchandise)*

Rest of the World Standard (2 – 6 business days) - $60***

                Free for orders $1000 or more (on regular price merchandise)*

**If you specify the Montreal service, we will contact you to determine the best day and time for delivery.

***Due to certain shipment and customs issues, different rates and conditions may apply when ordering from the following places: Italy, Russian Federation, and Africa. Please contact us before ordering.

Customs

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to duty and/or taxes levied by the importing country. By placing an order with Suspensionpoint.ca, you acknowledge that you understand this and that you are responsible for any such charges. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any sales tax (please refer to the “Customs” paragraph above for more information).

Quebec: 5% GST and 9.5% PST on the purchase amount or a total sales tax of 14.975%.

Nova Scotia: 15% HST.

Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick: 13% HST

British Columbia: 5% GST.

All other Canadian provinces and territories: 5% HST

Other Shipping Terms

All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the postal service/courier. In the event of damages Suspensionpoint.ca will provide contact information for the appropriate shipper.

If the item is not delivered (wrong address, inability to deliver, etc.) and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.

Returns

Returns on new / unworn purchases are accepted if requested up to 7 days from the delivery date.

All items on sale at 50 percent (%) off or more (including coupons and limited time offers) are considered final sale and cannot be returned / exchanged.

All returns must be authorized by us prior to the return. Please contact us at info@suspensionpoint.ca to make a Return Request. The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and be accompanied by original tags.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

All returned items should be declared as a "Return of Canadian Merchandise" on the customs declaration. The balance will be refunded within 7 business days of the reception of the item at Suspension Point. Any returns received without a Return Request being made and a Return Number subsequently provided by Suspensionpoint.ca may be denied.

Canada Returns

Ship the return via the service of your choice (Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost is recommended). It is required to ship using a service that includes a tracking number and insurance. Insure the package for the full value of the shipment. All the general return requirements also apply.

United States Returns

Ship the return via US Postal Service (USPS). It is required to ship using a service that includes a tracking number and insurance. If you choose to ship via couriers such as FedEx, Purolator, UPS, or DHL you are responsible for any customs fees incurred by Suspensionpoint.ca. Insure the package for the full value of the shipment. All the general return requirements also apply.

International Returns

Ship the return via the airmail service of your choice. It is required to ship using a service that includes a tracking number and insurance. If you choose to ship via couriers such as FedEx, Purolator, UPS, or DHL you are responsible for any customs fees incurred by Suspensionpoint.ca. Insure the package for the full value of the shipment. All the general return requirements also apply.
