Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to duty and/or taxes levied by the importing country. By placing an order with, you acknowledge that you understand this and that you are responsible for any such charges. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any sales tax (please refer to the “Customs” paragraph above for more information).

Quebec: 5% GST and 9.5% PST on the purchase amount or a total sales tax of 14.975%.

Nova Scotia: 15% HST.

Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick: 13% HST

British Columbia: 5% GST.

All other Canadian provinces and territories: 5% HST



Returns on new / unworn purchases are accepted if requested up to 7 days from the delivery date.

All items on sale at 50 percent (%) off or more (including coupons and limited time offers) are considered final sale and cannot be returned / exchanged.

All returns must be authorized by us prior to the return. Please contact us at to make a Return Request. The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and be accompanied by original tags.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

All returned items should be declared as a "Return of Canadian Merchandise" on the customs declaration. The balance will be refunded within 7 business days of the reception of the item at Suspension Point. Any returns received without a Return Request being made and a Return Number subsequently provided by may be denied.
